Gentle yoga will be for beginner and intermediate alike, new postures are taught with modifications to suit each individual need.  Each class will include breath work, warm ups, postures, cool down and a guided relaxation.   No flexibility required.    Come out and see why everyone loves yoga.     

  

PILATES - BASIC AND BEGINNER

Pilates is a great way to develop a toned and lean body, and is popular all over the world for this reason.  Its not only about losing weight and looking good; it is about positive thinking, vitality, balance and acquiring a feeling of well-being.
